Accessing Your myFolder/myWeb with Mac OS X

If you have a Macintosh running Mac OS X you can connect to your myFolder/myWeb storage area by following these steps:

· From the Finder, select “Connect to Server…” from the Go menu.
· In the box that appears, type in the following address:
http://myfolder.unomaha.edu/usr/NetID
(Replace NetID with your unique UNO NetID username)
· Click the Connect button.
· In the box that appears, enter your UNO NetID Username and your UNO NetID Password.
· Click the OK button.

NOTE: we recommend the following MINIMUM specifcations for OS/X machines to use the Go | Connect to Server option:

RAM: 256MB or better
O/S: 10.2.x

Your myFolder storage space will appear on the desktop with your unique UNO NetID username.

To logout, drag the desktop icon (with your UNO NetID name) to the Trashcan (will show up as an Eject).

As an alternative if the above process does not work for you, go to http://www.webdav.org/goliath/#download to download and install "Goliath."
Once you have it installed, open it, and in the URL box, type in:

http://myfolder.unomaha.edu/usr/netid

Click the connect button, and you will be taken to your myFolder.

Goliath works on OS/8,9 and OS/X natively.
